Refund Policy

At dawn-dishstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, please read below to understand our refund process.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ask for:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

Once we review your request, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.


Wrong Item Received

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or scent, please email us right away. We will correct the error and send the correct item to you as soon as possible.


Returns for Unopened Items

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong scent, we may accept returns on unopened, unused, and resalable items.

  • You must contact us first before returning any item.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive the item and confirm it is unopened, we will issue a refund.

  • 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Items That Cannot Be Refunded

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bottles of dish soap

  • Items that have been tampered with or damaged by the customer


Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we will notify you by email. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
